my back is giving me pain & here i am in my office still need to shredded TOOPIT invoice nvm, still need to keep emptying the shredded papers, so tt means i need to move up & down & tt fucking hurt me loh.. plus the bloody AIR CON giving out HOT air!! jus make me more

i am able to walk straight well without pain BUT once i twist a bit its painful wan loh.. sit chair stand up also pain.. lay on bed stand up also pain.. nb de lei.. not only tt HATE it when ppl treat things which happened like NTH!!! jus make me very IRRITATED lei.. alr back pain this idiot still ACT like nth like tt.. cb eh!!
