Japanese Curry Udon

Dinner for today will be Japanese Curry Udon!

Ingredients: 2 packed of Japanese Udon, 1 boneless Chicken leg (I've remove the skin because i think its too unhealthy), 2 Potatoes, 2 White Onion, 1 Packet of Japanese Curry and Some Baby carrots (i didn't use the whole packet of it).

The chop up Ingredients

How the Packed Currt sauce look like

by right this who packet of curry sauce can make for 5 serving but when you use it for udon you need MORE sauce then it will taste good!

I put all the chop up ingredients into this pot with water and bring to boil till all ingredients are soft.

then add in the Japanese Curry sauce

Stir till all the curry mixer are dissolve.

Boiled the udon for few minutes till the noodles are soft

Tadahhhh!!! Homemake Japanese Curry Udon!

i found out that i SHOULD have added in more onion as all my onion kinda like disappeared i was so worried that i've chop up too much of onion but i think its ok to add more if you love them =)

this is my fav! Lady finger with Sesame Sauce!

steam them in the steamer for about 5mins, dont steam them too long or it will be very soaky and taste yucky!

Next use a scissor to cut them into pieces

Put this Sesame Sauce on them

Throw some Fish plakes

and some seaweed! yummy!
