
after that we had out dinner at PastaMania.. and i head hm.. very tired but still want to do my Tiramisu..
here what i brought:
Mascopone Cheese 500g~$14.05
Cantreau Finger Biscuit 200g~$3.60
Sugar~$0.40 (4 tablespoon)
Egg~$2.20 (only use 5 egg yokes)
ya kun black coffee w/o sugar~$1.20
total cost $21.45

dip the finger biscuit into the coffee & place into the tray

Sprinkle some Milo power on it

beat the 5 egg yokes & sugar

Mascarpone cheese

Put the cheese into the egg mixture and mix well

mixture of egg yoke, sugar & cheese

Spread the mixture onto the finger biscuit

cover up with aluminium foil, i put in the fridge for abt 13hrs.

Done!! not that nice looking wor.. but nice to eat..
(not enough biscuit, should have do 2 layer then will look nice)

But my son love it..
