have been eating this Avalon Detox Pills for quite awhile.. i eat 2 pills before i go to bed every night. its said to help you cleanse all your toxic away and make you feel reborn. for me i only feel like shitting every morning, but sometimes i dont even shit at all even after eating this pills, so i kinda think that maybe my body got too much toxic.
but i got s friend who said that she eat this pill and she keep
shitting non stop. so i think it depends on your body. i actually did start to eat like very morning 2pills and night 2 pills but like got no much different. i even brought the twice packed.
