Sob Sob =( we tried the 2nd time to apply for BTO but this time round flat on offer 1041, our number 1203 =( the 1st time we applied for the July BTO flat on offer 944, our number 1650!
we are FIRST timer lei! why dont have our chance de =(( if this time round both this flat we dont choose ONE of them our chance for first timer GONE liao =(
so can ANYONE tell me what is the meaning of FIRST TIMER??? they say first timer got 2 chances BUT look at the queue number i got?? this is what the government help for Singaporean?
