today my company have seminar again for our Cash Flow Millionaire at SP for the full day after that event head back to our office to sell Gloucester Terrace in London as we had a very very good deal for it.

so we are buying the whole flat which have about 12 unit. and also this property is in a prime location in London so to say its a good deal!

so my company is actually setting up a Company for those buyer who are interested in this property. we have to raise around S$2.5 Million so as to buy the whole flat.

and guess wat, surprising a LOT of our customers wanted to get it. so to say we are selling one shares for $100K. and a lot of our customers put up a deposit of $10K to secure the property. as we are giving JUST 7 days to settle the FULL payment.
