this is the ONLY want that still got high lvl! Unit 534 highest is 10th and Unit 532 highest lvl is 16th. which are still available. BUT look at where is the unit near to?? The RUBBISH CHUTE!! Not only that, it's just outside the lift too loh! Stress stress which unit to choose?.
if you look at my floor plan this is how the 2 unit look like.. i REALLY wanna choose the 16th unit BUT so scare that it will be SMELLY and also there will be COCKROACHES! im so SCARE of them! actually got a lot of facts to say about unit 532 too.. like what if you have very inconsiderate neighbours whom do not throw their trash into the chute, water leaking out from their trash.. the sound of it make me so EEEEEEEEE!! not only that look at where my Main bedroom is? so near the rubbish chute too! wait im sleeping so peacefully end up cockroach sleeping with me more worst!
no wonder despite my queue number excessed this 2 unit still got high level to choose loh, my number excessed 162 numbers can. what to do, although this want it not in front of the Waterway but its still not to bad loh. if this want i still don't choose the next BTO i CONFIRM no chance liao =(. i also read that this units are quite near to the west sun and its said that it will be very very hot! hope that the front unit will block our flat away from it.
My 3rd BTO although my number didnt excess BUT by the time my turn i also dont have the Waterway view and worst its even more further then the current want that i've pick if you look at the map below if i suay suay only left with the behind flats i also dont dare to select because i also dont know what they are going to build there next, what if they go build factory or some weird stuff i'll be mad loh. so to play safe i choose the current unit.
before i went down, i actually check again their website to see if there is still unit for me to choose and still got 106 flats for us to choose!
our appointment was at 4pm was to left my office early so that i can reach on time but end up heng heng when i just reach its our turn already. was actually still thinking between the 2 unit loh, one 10th level another 15th level as the 16th level got taken up liao.. the lady who serve us was kind enough to let us think which flat we wanted even as me to go and see the model so that i can roughly see which unit i like the most. so finally we decided to take the 10th level unit.
so we have to provided them our one year payslip, cpf statement to apply for the AHG and also the HLE. the lady also told us that around 4months time after we submit out HLE we have to pay 5% of the total amount of our flat which was around 20k and can be paid by cash or cpf. There after, before collecting of the keys they will revise our payslip again and to confirm the actually amount that we can loan from HDB.
this is the amount of our flat! so expensive loh nowadays buy flat =(
